Do you accept returns:

Yes on all orders that arrive damaged from the mail transportation or are not as described.

Bestminifigure will send out a new order to you free of charge.

Yes on all our orders tracking numbers are provided*. *International tracking number is not always updated daily

Are all the products new:

Yes all the items in-store are 100% NEW.

Can I cancel my order is if do a mistake

Yes you can cancel your order anytime before it gets sent out for shipping.

I have ordered multiple items. Will they come together or separately

We will do our best to put all your items together, however because we use a economical postage model to offer Free shipping there will be times where your order will come separately.

Extra: All products don’t come with retail box because they can get damaged during transit and don’t allow the Bestminifigure team to properly package your order.
