If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). Weāll respond within 24 hours and offer a replacement or refund.
If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, weāll assist you in resolving the issue, but any extra costs or delays will be the responsibility of the customer.
