If your package hasn’t arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@bestminifigure.com with your order number and shipping address. We’ll investigate with the courier. Once confirmed lost, we’ll reship or issue a full refund.

If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll respond within 24 hours and offer a replacement or refund.

If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue, but any extra costs or delays will be the responsibility of the customer.
