Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item received
- Unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery
Not Eligible:
- Items that have been used or damaged by customer
- Requests made after 14 days
- Customized or limited edition products (if stated as non-refundable)
How to Request:
- Contact us within 14 days at support@bestminifigure.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable).
- We’ll review your request and reply within 24 hours.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a return address. Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive the item.
Shipping Costs:
- We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect products.
- For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer pays the return shipping.
