Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong item received

  • Unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery

Not Eligible:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by customer

  • Requests made after 14 days

  • Customized or limited edition products (if stated as non-refundable)

How to Request:

  1. Contact us within 14 days at support@bestminifigure.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable).

  2. We’ll review your request and reply within 24 hours.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide a return address. Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive the item.

Shipping Costs:

  • We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect products.

  • For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer pays the return shipping.
